These terms govern your use of Future Knight Charitable Trust apps and services. By using them, you agree to these conditions.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using any Future Knight Charitable Trust application or website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Use of services
Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our services.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Content and data
You retain ownership of any data you input. By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the service to you.
Limitation of liability
Future Knight Charitable Trust is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or NZD $0 if no payment was made.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
